Look MA daily is begin moving up, you can look at TF H1 so that more clearly.
Similar with MA week is still trending up since Feb 04, 2014. Whereas the MA monthly is begin flat. So from these conditions we are waiting smaller MA like MA 8H, 4 H and 1H are moving on.
