Combining technical and fundamental analysis

Very important combining technical and fundamental analysis when trade forex. I say it  alike that because when we analyze the chart  then any opportunity buy or sell with long trade but otherwise any news that declare negative statement,  so the trade will be got different result.
Please look at this chart below, when MA-daily is pointing down is not going to down directly but need retraced before to continue trending down follow the trend.

This alert so that very important to me for obtaining the trade optimally.
